Book Giveaway - Child's Mind by Christopher Willard

Child's Mind aims to teach parents and child professionals how to integrate mindfulness into their work with children and teach both young children and adolescents the basics of mindfulness and meditation. The book is a great resource for anyone who work with young people, including family coordinators at retreat centers, religious instructors in a range of traditions, teachers, therapists, and medical professionals. Child's Mind aims to teach children the power that comes with the comfort of just being, as well as the capacity to be, be aware, and be comfortable with oneself.

As a father to a 15 month old boy and someone about to start up my own meditation group I think this book is a wonderful idea. I think regardless of winning or not I'll buy a copy.

I'd also welcome the author to write a blog that I could put on my site, that would be great? I'll promote his book as well.

This is a wonderful book for anyone working with children. I am teaching mindfulness to two 3rd grades on one Montessori pre-school and the materials have been very helpful. I have also alerted the faculty of the school about the book because they are all very interested in incorporating mindfulness into their classrooms. My email is chennessy@charter.net.

My grand daughter is 18 months old I would appreciate having this book to foster the abilities she has been showing, as I was made redundant in my position, purchase of the book by me is a limited possibility. sidney052@yahoo.com (not sure about this select profile stuff hope all is ok)
